re: Fire damage to building at 817 Laporte Ave.
Dear Sir:
In connection with the repair of fire damage to your property
at 817 Laporte the plumbing inspector has observed unauthorized
alterations to the plumbing which do not comply with the codes of
the City of Fort Collins. These alterations adversely affect the
health, safety.and welfare of your family, therefor request is made
for immediate correction by a licensed plumbing contractor. The
following deficiencies were noted:
a) Shower improperly, drained and vented.
b) Washer improperly drained and vented.
c) Water heater improperly vented.
These conditions are insanitary and a menace to health..
It is essential that the corrections be completed within 101days
after receipt of this letter to avoid action by the city to compel
'compliance. This request is made under the provisions of section 1.5
Uniform Plumbing Code adopted by ordinance 15,1967:
