Gentlemen:
We have inspected the open excavation at Lot 7, Block 12,
Wagon Wheel Second Filing (4448 Sioux Blvd.), a subdivision
of Ft. Collins, Colorado.
The subject excavation was inspected on October 2, 1986. The
exposed soils indicate a balanced spread footing type foun-
dation system designed in accordance with the recommenda-
tions contained in the soils and foundation investigation
report performed by F.M. Fox and Associates, Job No. 1-1102-
3989, dated February 20, 1979 is suitable. No water was
encountered to a depth of 2.5 feet. No perimeter drain is
required.
Based upon those results and our evaluation of the proposed
Conifer II Model, we recommend the footings shown on the
sketch below.
Very truly yours,
LABORATORIES/LTD.
