There is no fee for a Certi-fi-cate of Occupancy fora Dome occupation, but the conditions
set forth in Section 118-81 C of the Cofl� of the City of Fort Collins must be met.
Section 118-81 C HOME OCCUPATIONS. "A l�me occupation shall be allowed as a permitted
accessory use provided all of the followitt, conditions are met:
(1) Such use shall be conducted entirely within a d,ivclling and carried on by the
inhabitants living there and not more than one other employee;
(2) Such use shall be clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the diaelli.ng
for dwelling purposes and shall not change the character thereof;
(3) The total area used for such purposes shall not exceed one-half the floor area of
the iuser'g. dwelling, un-i.t;.
(4) There shall be no exterior advertising other than identification of the home
occupation; w
(5) 'There shall be only incidental sale of stocks, supplies, or products Qc6nducted on
the premises;
(6) "There shall be no exterior storage on the premises of material or equipment used
as a part of the home occupation;

noticeable at or beyond the property lines;
(8) A home occupation shall provide addi-tional off-street parking area adequate to
accommodate all needs created by the home occupation;
(9) In particular, a home occupation may include, but is not limited to the following,
provided all requirements contained herein are met: art studio, dressmaking or
millinery work, professional offici, office for insurance or real estate sales,
teaching, and renting of'rooms to not more than four persons per dwelling;
(10) A home occupation shall not be interpreted to include the following: animal
hospital, nursing home, restaurant, or tourist home."
