Section 118-81 C HOME OCCUPATIONS. "A l�me occupation shall be allowed as a permitted accessory use provided all of the followitt, conditions are met: (1) Such use shall be conducted entirely within a d,ivclling and carried on by the inhabitants living there and not more than one other employee; (2) Such use shall be clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the diaelli.ng for dwelling purposes and shall not change the character thereof; (3) The total area used for such purposes shall not exceed one-half the floor area of the iuser'g. dwelling, un-i.t;.
