We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the residence
under construction at Lot 44, Greenstone, (7509 Gold Hill Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on February 15, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No.
2636-08-01-02.
