Gentlemen:
We have visually inspected the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms atthe residence
under construction at Lot 1, Coventry, (749 Bentley Place), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado.
This inspection was performed on September 28, 1998.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in substantial conformance with the foundation plan
drawn by KLP Engineering, Plan No. 4028/Full.
