TO WHOM IT EAY CONCERN:
P have had a. trailer in a special space on my lot with
special hook --ups for trailers since 1970. This fact can be checked
with Public Service Cc and the City of Fort Collins utility department.
This was before the City of Fort Collins snnexed the Alta Vista area
in May of 1974. Therefore, I understand this qualifies me for a
nonconforming use.
