for mixed occupancy classified as B-3 and I.
Table No. 5-B UBC
Requires a 1 hour occupancy separation between a B-3 and an I occupancy.
Section 503 (b) UBC
Requires complete occupance separation (c) for all openings protected by a fire
assembly having a one -hour fire -protection rating.
Section 7 & 5 UBC
This section refers back to Section 605 requiring two baths and a drinking
fountain.
Section 1711 UBC
The toilet room wall and floor finish. See handicapped provisions.
Section 706 (1) Uniform Mechanical Code
Refers to return air limitation.
