To all perspective bidders under the specifications and contracl.
document s described above, the following changes are hereby made:
As for the REC CENTER at 732 Alta Vista Street, Alta Vista - under
the item A. General - #g.- the wall on the South side of the half
bath - as indicated on drawing - is to he moved South into the
family room approx 8" to provide a min of 5' - 2" width inside of
the half bath. This half bath then is to be completed to meet the
code as described under Section 1711 in the 1973 Uniform Building
Code. Reframe and install a 3'-0" x 6' - 8" H. C. Mahag. door in
this half bath. Use standard finger jointed frame and slim line
trim. Install "Weiser"privacy lock 4311, or equiv, in this door.
Install 3'-0" x 6'-8" H. C. Mahog door between Rec. room and
kitchen - use butt hinges - 3V2" x 3 " and "Weiser" privacy lock
4311, or equiv., and standard.finger jointed frame with slim line
trim. Floor and walls in large full bath to meet same code as for
half bath.

I nstall water fountain on North wall of family room -
installation to meet code as specified in section 1712 of the
Uniform Building Code - 1973 edition.
Water closet and lay. to be installed as shown by the following
drawing:
