Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction- at Lot 1-1-, Shenandoah; ( 7203-Egyptian); a subdivision -of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on April 4, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with KLP foundation plan,
Job No. 4027.
