Re: Stonehenge, 1st Filing Subdivision
Dear Roy:
As per our telephone conversation, this
following: is to confirm the
MEES, LTD. recently purchased the subdivision known as Stone-
henge, 1st Filing, The City has required that either cash or a
bond in the sum of $11,000.00 be posted with the City to insure that
the property in said Subdivision would be able to pay its fair share
of a possible sewer system which may be installed by the City.
Pursuant to the sales agreement with International Investments and
Management, the sellers were to provide the monies necessary to pur-
chase such a bond.
Pursuant to this agreement, we have contacted a bonding
company who is willing to write such a bond, however, they have
required that International Investments and Management file with_
them a financial sheet setting -forth the current situation of the
corporation. Since International Investments and Management is in
Denver, we have had some difficulty in getting this statement, however,
there appears to be no problem concerning the same and we anticipate
having the bond in the very near future.
Pursuant to this, we would request that you continue to issue
building permits for properties in Stonehenge, lst Filing. We
understand that you will not issue any final occupancy permits until
said bond has been completed.
