RE: Open hole, foundation and steel frame inspections for 1400 Riverside Ave.,
Fort Collins, Colorado.
Dear Jeff,
According to your request three site visits and inspection were performed on May 20,
1998, June 8, 1998 and October 2, 1998 to inspect the open hole, steel rebars,
foundation and steel frame inspections for 1400 Riverside Ave., Fort Collins,
Colorado. The open hole was inspected on May 20, 1998, shows that soil and the
soil bearing is similar to the bearing that was designed for. The piers and
foundation inspection were performed on June 8, 1998, they were formed and
poured as designed and shown in the foundation plan. The steel frame inspection
was done on October 2, 1998, it was installed as shown in the steel frame plans.
