BEFORE ANY BACRFILLIUP IS iSONS ON THE SERVICE LINE.

at the tap owners expense.
When you are ready for an inspection, telephone 493-6130
and ask for Cherry Hills.
2, You need to submit a copy of this letter when applying for a
City of Fort Collins Building Permit.
3. All of the Sanitation District Specifications, and Rules and
Regulations must be met as specified in our booklets.
