Dear Sir: BUILDING INSPECTION
In reference to your letter of July 9, 1979, I have experienced electrical
problems that possibly could be attributed to an overload of the under-
ground power line. These problems consist of lights dimming and circuit
breakers tripping during periods of high electrical use in the winter
months.
I request that my home be inspected and any needed corrective action
taken to meet City and National Electric Codes, thus assuring safe and
reliable electric service.
I would also like to bring to your attention a drainage problem that
has existed since the start of construction at 712 Frontier Ct.
The natural and/or designed drainage pattern for the lots in this area
has been disrupted by this construction, causing inundation of portions
of my lot and the lot at 3018 Cumberland. A simple rough leveling of
the lot at 712 Frontier will not solve the problem. I hope you will
assign the professional engineering expertise that will be needed to
solve what has developed into a difficult situation.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Willmot:
During construction of the house at 712 Frontier
the city forced us to install extra electrical equip-
ment to _prevent an overload of the line. This was
required by the city at this time and was not re-
quired when your house was built, but the same
situation exsists.
If you do have a problem with the underground
or the panel please call the electrician to verify
the problem and inform us of your problem.
