Subject: 136 Second St.
As per our inspection of today at the above referenced address, the following items are in need of repair within 30
days.
1) The attached "Posted" shed is to be removed.
2) Install smoke detectors throughout the house as needed.
3) Re -open any bedroom window that is boarded up to allow for emergency escape purposes.
4) Repair any damaged electric switch; outlet or light fixture.
The second detached building located at the rear of the property is currently being used as a storage shed and is
allowed.
