Dear Mr. Olson:
on August 15-, 1997 a- representative of this- firm- performed
various structural observations at the above referenced project.
The observations included the structural steel, the Reward Form
concrete walls, and the damp -proofing.
Based on our observations, the structural steel appeared to be in
substantial conformance to the job plans. In addition, using the
Fisher M-100 rebar locator, the reinforcing steel placement was
verified. Based on the observations made, it is our opinion that
the reinforcing steel is in substantial conformance to the Reward
Form specifications. we also verified that damp -proofing was
installed on the foundation walls.
