Dear Mr. Murdoff:
The Termporary Certificate of Occupancy for 700 Cambridge
Drive, Permit #26656, has expired. If you want a renewal
for use as a sales office, you will need to submit a writ-
ten request for an extension.
I will need to hear from you within the next 10 days, or
on or before October 8, 1980.
If you have any questions, please give me a call.

Your request for permission for the building at
Drive to be used as an office is approved for a one-year period of
time. However, the time period may be extended upon your request
for same.
Upon completion of the building, we will issue you a Temporary
Certificate of Occupancy. A permanent Certificate of Occupancy as .
a residence will not be issued untilit is to be occupied as a resi-
dence.
