Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 47, Shenandoah, (6902 Egyptian Court), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on January 7, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan
drawn by KLP Engineering, Plan No. 4027/Full.
