Dear Mr. Hamdan;
This is to advise that the finish floor elevation and the over lot grading adjacent to the subject
structure have been field verified. A field survey of the site was performed by Delgado & Delgado
Land Surveyors on October 13, 1998. A print of the "Day Care / 4 - Plex Grading Plan" for
Ridgewood Hills P.U.D. - 1" Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado is enclosed. The print has been
`redlined' to depict the results obtained during the field survey. Please note that the surrounding
streets, access drive and parking lot were constructed prior to the construction of the structure
and that the elevations shown on the enclosed print are provided for your information, only. This
letter is not intended to include verification of the streets, access drive or parking lot.
The finish floor elevation obtained by field survey is considered to be in substantial compliance
with the approved "Grading Plan."
