Dear Phil:
Your company requested a letter from this office verifying that the shell
building erected at 1301 Blue Spruce under Permit No.'48902 has been com-
pleted as specified on the approved plans.
our inspection of the building reveals substantial completion of the building
with the following exceptions:
1. Walk door and landings platforms are temporary and, while they are not
considered a hazard they do not meet Code for permanent use.
2. Bathrooms do not comply with Section 1711 of the Uniform Buidling Code.,
relating to the specified areas that requirehard, non -absorbent surfaces.
3. No landing platforms have been provided for the walk doors at ground level.
4. Bathrooms have not been provided for the bay located in the west end of the
building as shown on the approved plans.
The latter item could be handled by coming in and deleting the bathrooms on the
plan.
