We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 142, Registry Ridge, (1245 Reeves Drive), a subdivision of
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on March 29, 2001.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the the foundation plan
drawn by MNA, Inc., Plan No. 1024.
