We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 160, Registry Ridge, (1245 Dewey Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on November 29. 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with MNA's foundation
plan, Model No. 1031.
