To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to certify that I have inspected the house founda-
tion located at 713 Mathews Street in Fort Collins. It is
planned to enlarge two windows in the basement for egress purpos-
es. Information from my inspection has lead me to the conclusion
that the enlargements will have no detrimental effect on the
structural stability of the foundation system.
