We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 41, Willow Springs, (5533 Golden Willow), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on June 16, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No.
1782-50-27-01.
