The drain system materials observed were found to be in general accordance with our recommendations. Random measurements taken from the top of the foundation walls to the top of the drain pipe indicate that a positive slope was maintained to the sump. A visual observation showed that asphaltic damp proofing has been applied to the exterior walls of the foundation. Please call if we may be of further service. The observation showed that the grade and spacing of reinforcing steel were in general compliance with the above referenced foundation plans. Please call if we may be of further service. "Geotechnical Engineering Report of Foundation Design Recommendations, by PSI, Project No. 532-95053, dated May 6, 1999. 2. Foundation Recommendation Letter by PSI, Project No. 534--86005, dated July 26, 1999. 3. Foundation Design for the subject site, by Advanced Engineering Concepts, Job No. 98166, Model No 2271 Partial Basement An observation was made of the footing forms, prior to placement of concrete, at the subject site on the referenced date. The soils exposed in the excavation were capable of supporting design pressures as recommended in the above referenced documents. The soils exposed in the excavation and the type of foundation under construction are consistent with the recommendations presented in the above referenced documents.
