On March il, 1993, Empire Laboratories, Inc. observed the
foundation construction for a residence being constructed at 5225
Abbey Road, Fort Collins, Colorado.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that
the foundation footing sizes at basement level are in accordance
with the plans and specifications for this project.
