This letter covers footings and rebar inspection for building 4, located at 520 North .�
Sherwood Street; Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado. Site visit and inspection
were performed on October 14, 1999, to inspect and check the footings. The size of
footings, # of rebars and their locations were inspected. The footings and steel
rebars are placed according to the foundation plan by Advanced Professional
Engineering Inc.
A second site visit and inspection were performed on October 18, 1999, to inspect
the western 112 of the foundation walls. Two # 5 vertical rebars placed at each side
of window opening in the stem wall, The steel rebars are placed according to the
foundation plan by Advanced Professional Engineering Inc.
The third site visit and inspection were performed on October 19, 1999, to inspect
the eastern half of the foundation walls. The horizontal rebars were doweled into the
foundation wall at the cold joint between the two pours. Two # 5 vertical rebars
placed at each side of window opening in the stem wall. The steel rebars are placed
according to the foundation plan by Advanced Professional Engineering Inc.
