On April 17 and 18, 1295, Terrecon Consultants Western, Ina observed the foundation excavation
for a building under construction at 5001 S. College Avenue, Fort Collins. Cotorado, a site more
particularly known as George T. Sanders P.U.D., Building A, Fort Collins, Colorado.
At the time of the site visit the golf exposed at the upper level was Sandy lean day and sandatoRe
bedrock. This soil is similar to soil described in the Smith Geotechnlcal report prepared for the
project and dated Jury 28, 199s (sea Pm1ed No. 95-051T). Based on our observations, it is
recommended the strLidure be supported by a spread footing foundation system designed in
accordance with the recommendations set forth in the geckeohnicei report.
