A backflow prevention assembly is required on the fire line riser at this address. This must be an
approved Double Check Backflow Assembly installed horizontally and accessible for testing. Call
for a test and inspection when assembly is installed. If there is an antifreeze loop a Reduced
Pressure Backflow Assembly is required on the loop. Prior approval must be obtained for a
vertical installation.
