After extensive planning and research, we have created a unique concept for a new bar
and grille called "TRUNKS," formerly !mown as Fort Ram. Our decor will reflect a
jungle theme in a comfortable, fun atmosphere.
The bar and grille will open at 11:00 am. on Monday - Saturday to serve lunch through
the 2:00 hour. A variety of food will be served - burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads,
steaks, pizza, pasta, and appetizers. We will begin serving dinner from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Monday - Saturday_ Appetizers will be available from 11:00 am. -10:00 p.m. daily.
"TRUNKS" will fulfill the niche to accommodate large groups because of the building
size and occupancy rating. We plan to accommodate class reunions, children's athletic
events, birthday parties, Christmas parties, business meetings, some chanty events, etc. as
well as the general public for good food, spirits, and dancing.
The dance floor exists in the center of the building, and it is 34' x 54'. As part of our
construction plans, a bar/counter area will surround the dance floor for guests to be
seated to dine, watch TV or listen to music. Dancing to a DJ will occur approximately 5
hours per day for a total of 35 - 40 hours per week. We also hope to host some special

According to our projections, we estimate that our revenues will be generated as follows
