Dear Mr. Lee:
This is to inform you that I, James Barsness, owner of 410 N. Loomis,
wish to have Michael "Bo" Brown, d/b/a Oakwood Builders, removed as general
contractor from this job. The reasons for Mr. Brown's removal were stated in
a letter from my attorney, Douglas Wolkin, to you dated 12/4/86 (copy
enclosed).
I wish to be the general contractor and finish 410 N. Loomis myself.
Please let me know what else you need from me on this matter so I may proceed
to finish 410 N. Loomis.
