You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins
The 2003 International Residential Code Section R105 1 adopted by the City of Fort
Collins regarding the remodel of the basement at the address referenced above without a
permit in place prior to the work commencing

explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of $1000 00 per
