(a.k.a. 1208 Rue Court) The subject excavation was observed on April 8, 2008. The exposed soil indicates a balanced spread footing type foundation system is suitable if designed in accordance with the recommendations contained in the soils report performed by Terracon, Project No. 20025046, dated December 17, 2002. No water was encountered to a depth of 7feet. All footings shall be 8" thick unless otherwise noted. Fort Collins, CO. Building Officials: Inspections were done of the footings, foundation walls and foundation drain at the referenced location. All observed footings, wall dimensions and reinforcing steel met the specifications for size, type and installation per foundation plan prepared by Landmark Engineers. The perimeter foundation drain and damp proofing was installed in general conformance with the foundation plan and connected to developer installed subdrain. Sincerely, George Hart, P.E.
