Re: A New Addition and Remodel for: The Square Shopping Center, F&F Plan
Dear Ed:
For your Footing and Foundation Plan submittal to the City of Fort Collins there will not
underground electrical. All of the remodel electrical for the addition to the building and i
the building will be overhead.
During phase 11 of the project there will be a new utility transformer set and new under,
lateral to the new electrical room. Also during phase 11 new exterior site lights shall be
underground for these two items will not be required for this phase I submittal.
