Per your request, we have the following documentation for your reference which details the proposed Roof Top Units (RTUs) and their location within the screened mechanical zone on each rooftop. I have attached two pdf documents (roof top plans) showing the locations of the proposed RTUs within the screened area. The RTU is 36 Y4" tall on top of a 14" curb, for a total height of 50 Y4" in height. The cutsheets with dimensions are attached to this transmission as well. We have physically confirmation by our site superintendent that the Roof Screen is 56" Tall as measured from the Roof Surface to the top of the Roof Screen. With this supporting documentation, we hope that Zoning can approved the design as originally proposed. Feel free to contact me if additional information is required. If this does meet your review criteria, please send a confirmation email that shows we have approval from Zoning, as we are wrapping up the final details for full permit issuance.
