To Whom It May Concern
This letter is to inform and state work completed on 4399 Prairy Vista Drive. Permit number is
B1300405. On November 10,2013 a insulation inspection was performed at above location. Three items
of concern were noticed for correction. A note left by the inspector stated to repair and attach photos of
completion at final. All the repairs were performed by L&L Insulation the same afternoon of the
inspection. Two areas were fireblocking, one at soffit area and second at heat run area at second floor.
The other issue were a couple of T-Walls in garage and a couple of penetrations. All issues were
repaired. No photos were taking. Please accept this letter as statement that the three inspection items
were addressed and resolved by L&L Insulation. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free
