M. 1. "Developer shall obtain LEED certification for the LEED Building no later than two (2) years after issuance of the certificate of occupancy for such building, and provide evidence thereof to the City," I have attached the email from the USGBC confirming the approval of LEED Silver certification for Building 7 of the Grove @ Fort Collins complex (a.k.a. 708 Native Plant Way). Please respond verifying that the City of Fort Collins is in receipt of sufficient evidence of LEED certification, and that our obligation on this issue is fulfilled.
