During the period November 20, 2013 through December 13, 2013, Soilogic Inc.
(Soilogic) provided construction materials testing and observation services for the
referenced project. Our services were provided on a part-time basis and included
structural steel observations;_ reinforcing- steel observations and the observation and
testing of cast in place concrete delivered to the site for placement.
During the referenced period, Soilogic subcontracted personnel completed structural steel
erection observations for the referenced project. A copy of the observation report is
attached. Based on the provided information, the structural steel erection observed for
the referenced project appears to have been completed in substantial compliance with the
project plans and specifications for those areas observed.
During the referenced period, a Soilogic field engineer observed the reinforcing steel
placed for the retaining wall for the site prior to concrete placement. At the time of our
observations, the- reinforcing- steel- observed' appeared to have been placed in general
accordance with the provided construction plans (TT) Structural Engineering, Inc., project
# 13-039, 7/9/2013).
During the referenced period, Soilogic personnel observed and tested cast -in -place
concrete delivered to the site for construction of the site retaining wall. The testing
completed in the field included slump, air content, unit weight, concrete temperature, and

During the period October 26 through November 8, 2013, Soilogic Inc. (Soilogic)
provided construction materials testing and observation services for the referenced
project. Our services were provided on a part-time basis and included the observation
and testing of cast in place- concrete delivered- to the- site for placement. Results of the
observation and testing services completed during the referenced period are included with
this report. Results of laboratory concrete compressive strength tests completed during
the referenced period are also included and will be provided as they become available.
During the referenced period, Soilogic personnel observed and tested cast -in -place
concrete delivered to the site for construction of interior- floor slabs. The testing
completed in the field included slump, air content, unit weight, concrete temperature, and
ambient air temperature at the time of placement. Test cylinders were molded from
representative samples of the plastic concrete for laboratory curing and compressive
strength testing. Results of the field and laboratory tests performed during the referenced
period are included with this report. Results of laboratory concrete compressive strength
tests completed during the referenced period are also included and will be provided as
they become available.
