This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2009 International Building Code Section 105.1 adopted by the City of Fort Collins
regarding the construction of a bedroom / kitchen area in the "Nail Salon" addressed at
420 S. College Ave. without a permit in place prior to the work commencing or a change
of occupancy, both of which are required to live in this unit either full or part time. To
date no permit has been issued. This tenant space needs to be reverted back to a business
within the next 30 days.
These Code violations shall be corrected by:
