JVA has been on site four times during the course of construction to review work progress and
conformance to our design intent presented in the structural drawings. These visits were made
to observe work on the structural elements of the building, and were made periodically at our
discretion or at the Contractor's request.
Based on our observations and to the best of our knowledge, the Contractor has substantially
conformed to the structural Contract Documents and has corrected deficiencies or omissions
when they have been identified. We cannot, however, guarantee the performance of the
Contractor.
