This letter serves as notification that I, Michael D. Enny, have completed the City of Ft. Collins
Fenestration Installation course and I am qualified to supervise, install and inspect window
installations within the jurisdiction of the City of Ft. Collins. I have inspected the window
installation performed by BMC West Corp. dba BMC at the above referenced address. The window
installations were correctly performed and meet the standards and requirements of the American .
Architectural Manufacturer's Association (AAMA).
