College Ave., Suite A Fort Collins, Colorado 80525 Re: Perimeter Drain & Damproofing Observation Lot 9, Block 4 - Eagle Cliffs 5621 Condor Fort Collins, Colorado Project No. 213060 Gentlemen: wolams S G1590C2C-IT12S STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS On May 23, 2013, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the perimeter of the basement and sloped to a sump pit. The drainpipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had been damproofed. College Ave., Suite A Fort Collins, Colorado 80525 Re: Footings & Foundation Wall Steel Lot 9, Block 4 - Eagle Cliffs 5621 Condor Fort Collins, Colorado Project No. 213060 Gentlemen: On May 17 and 20, 2013, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed footings and foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the footing sizes and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates.
