STORAGE AND MECHANICAL ROOM. OWNER AFFIDAVIT ON FILE.
This is to certify that the building, structure, or land located at 243 N COLLEGE AVE Fort Collins, CO has been
inspected and temporary occupancy is hereby authorized, effective on 08/09/2013 and conditional upon the
following requirements being completed and approved upon final inspection.
Engineering Final Requirements to be Completed By:

time for completion is' extended by the Building and Zoning Office,.an order to vacate the p er mises or; a

NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the ownerto place City Utility service in the owners name. Construction power rates
may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owners name, utilities will continue to be furnished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
