Gentlemen:
On December 4, 14 and 24, 2012, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed
footings and foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the
footing sizes and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the
engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks and Associates. In addition, the
electrode had been placed in accordance with the recommendations by NEC.

Re: Perimeter Drain and Damp Proof

Gentlemen:
On January 28, 2013 Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the
referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been
placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation and sloped to the
SUMP pit. The drainpipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter
drain recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement
foundation walls had been damproofed.
