This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2009 International Residential Code Section R105.1 adopted by the City of Fort
Collins regarding the replacement of the sewer at the above referenced address without a
permit in place prior to the work commencing. To date no permit has been issued.
