2. Supply and install seamless gutterand-downspouts, color_forest green.
3. Remove wood T1-11 and replace with omposite-board 7/16" OSB sheeting and .cover with 26ga. Forest green metal wall apnels.
4. Jobsite will be supervised daily.
5. Clean upp all debris daily resulting from roof work, sweep yard with magnet to pick up loose nails.
6. Detach install roofing and reset electrical conduits on all roofs.
7. Material and labor warranties will cover three years on labor and five years on material.
8. Price includes the cost of all plans and permits, and that roof will comply with all applicable codes for this type of structure.
