If such work is not completed within_the-time set forth'above and approved on final inspection, or unless the
time for completion is extended by -the -Building and Zoning Office, an order to vacate the premises, or a
violation notice for occupying the building, structure, or land without a Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued. Such violation is subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per day for every day of violation.

NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the ownerto place City Utility service in the owners name. Construction power rates
may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owners name, utilities will continue to be fumished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
