Work Description: NEW 16000 SQ FT ADDITION TO THE EXISTING BOTTLING PLANT OF THE NEW
BELGIUM BREWING COMPANY FOR A NEW CANNING LINE. WILL MODIFY EXISTING
MECHANICAL UNIT TO PROVIDE HEATING AND COOLING OF NEW SPACE. HEIGHT AND
EXTERIOR CHARACTER TO MATCH EXISTING BUILDING.
This is to certify that the building, structure, or land located at 600 BUCKINGHAM ST Fort Collins, CO has been
inspected and temporary occupancy is hereby authorized, effective on 03/14/2012 and conditional upon the
following requirements being completed and approved upon final inspection.

NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the owner to place City Utility service in the owner's name. Construction power rates
may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner Contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owner's name, utilities will continue to be furnished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
