Eastside Heating came out this morning and checked the fan and made sure it was the right one installed (which it was). I had them go check the flue from the roof and we discovered that the roofer had smashed the 4' flue to 2". This would explain only getting 61 CFM's. Now after retesting it comes up at 74 CFM's. Let me know if there is anything else on this one. I will check further on the square footage on this one.
