Dear Ms. Marks:
At your request, a representative of Quality Engineering was present at the above referenced
address on May 13, 2013 and May 17, 2013 to observe and document framing of the modified
trusses as it conforms to the structural truss profiles prepared by MiTek dated May 7, 2013. The
majority of the framing appears to be completed in substantial compliance with the specifications
noted on the referenced structural truss profiles. '
Quality Engineering, LLC has only visually investigated the items noted above. It is possible that
structural defects exist as a result of items that were not inspected or that were not visible. No
warrantee is either expressed or implied. If you have any questions or if you require farther
