On behalf of Fort Collins Financial Investments, LLC as Landlord, we authorize the Tenant to obtain a sign permit in order to construct a treated
plywood box around the existing monument sign pole (see attached drawings). All work shall be done by an insured contractor in a
professional manner.

Hi Terry,
Just a follow-up to the voice message I left with you yesterday and the fax I sent the week previous about retrofitting the sign. The City said they would
approve a plain rectangular, wood pole cover Tx6" wide but will not allow anything to be made decoratively into the shape of a tree. We will paint it the color
of the siding on the building.
Please let me know if you can complete the forms necessary for me to pull the permit
